(Solved) – What code can be used to create word doc from excel?

I am looking for VBA code with the following criteria…

An user form to choose unique employee name from Excel sheet…

Data excel file attached here

Criteria is :
1. Unique employee name to be made available in list box
2. On clicking generate command button, data to be filtered in excel and same to be saved as Word doc in same path of Macro file with employee name
