(Solved) – VBA: Difference between code on sub vs calling a function

I’ve been working on VBA and trying to do as little code as possible and one of the things I do is to instead of write the bascially same code over and over some functions, I write a function with parameters that can be called by the other subs with their controls. Like a base function.

The question is, is this a good practice or am I causing the app to stress by the calling of the function instead of reading it on its own code?
Does this even matter?
