(Solved) – Save copy of email from Outlook Folder to a File Folder


I have an Outlook sub folder which has emails automatically moved there by a Rule. For any new emails that are moved to that folder, I want to store a copy of the email into a file folder automatically..
I am familiar with VBA, but have written very few to no macros in Outlook.
Is there a way to do this?

Sorry i dont have any code written, after researching this, I still don’t know where I would begin.
