I am tasked with building an Excel dashboard monitoring CMS metrics such as abandoned calls, AUX time, ACD time, AVAIL time.
Currently, the only way I know to extract the data is to copy and paste or extract the data to a file and manipulate it into a suitable format.
The trouble is that I need historical data and would have to pull hundreds of reports and format each one, adding each day.
What is the best way to automate this? Should I be writing VBA or a python script?
I’d appreciate an end-to-end, thorough answer as I am not well versed in Avaya CMS.
